When it comes to creating unique looking pieces and horological wonder machines for the wrists, MB&F are in a class of their own. In 2020, founder Maximilian Büsser is presenting the Legacy Machine FlyingT in two limited editions of 18 pieces each. The difference is essentially in the case materials that represent different times of the day. The 18K red gold case has a black guilloché dial representing the night. The platinum 950 case has a sky-blue guilloché dial representing the day. The intricate dial shows a flying tourbillon and hours and minutes that are displayed on a 50° vertically titled dial with two blued serpentine hands. The absolutely stunning guilloché pattern on the dial has been executed to the point of lunatic brilliancy.
